Description
This young plant ranges from2.5 to 6 inches tall
and ships in a
3-inch-deep pot
to
keep your shipping costs at a minimum and to allow it to
grow to maturity under your green thumb.
The
Colocasia gigantea
, or Thailand Giant, is
reach-for-the-sky
kind of giant. It grows up to 10-feet tall with leaves up to 5-feet long and 4-feet wide. So grab a lemonade and take a seat under the Thai Giant's generous shade. If your plant doesn't look just like the picture, give it a little time to grow up. Elephant ears' attributes become even more defined when they mature.
